Choc Lit Book Giveaway – Historical Honey

Posted on April 19, 2014 by HistoricalHoney

Established in 2009, Choc Lit is an independent publisher, specialising in quality women’s fiction with romantic content. Not surprisingly, they believe that the enjoyment of a good read is enhanced by the taste of chocolate.

Naturally we have made firm friends!

In a celebration of both fiction and chocolate, we are going to give away three fantastic novels to one lucky winner who can answer this question correctly:

Chocolate has been used as a drink for nearly all of its history, with the Maya drinking it from around 400 AD. But when did the Europeans get their first taste of the good stuff?

A)    16th Century

B)    17th Century

C)    18th Century

Answers in the comment box below, or on our social media pages whenever this post is shared.

Good luck!

The three novels up for grabs are To Turn Full Circle by Linda Mitchelmore, The Road Back by Liz Harris and The Gilded Fan by Christina Courtenay.

A winner will be chosen at random from all correct answers. Competition closes 31st January. Any enteries made after this date will not be recognised.
